CAMS – Client Manager Case Study
Background
Anetic Aid is a leading supplier of operating theatre and surgical equipment to hospitals in the UK and overseas. With over 5,000 products, Anetic Aid has grown over the last 26 years, having built its reputation on strong customer support, both from its head office and its nationwide network of sales teams and field engineers. It’s a reputation the board not only values highly, but also wanted to protect, whilst taking the company into a new era of excellence.
The Challenge
Despite being the new Board objective, “Delivering Excellence” needed more than a vision, simply announced to the rest of the company. The Board knew that to achieve this new goal, staff would have to have real-time and relevant information, whenever they needed it. They also knew that being able to track the effectiveness of their sales and service teams, and thus improving their activity and productivity, would help to deliver the new vision.
However, as the company grew, regular tasks of manually compiling spreadsheets of detailed product sales, leads, enquiries, training needs, equipment faults and loans, delivery problems, commission statements, planned and emergency service visits, contract renewals, price lists and quotes all became so onerous that achieving the new vision seemed to be impossible.
Furthermore, Anetic Aid were also seeking ISO accreditation whilst in the midst of an ever-changing market, so the need for increased efficiency was even more pressing.
The Solution
Anetic Aid called in CAMS to provide them with a solution that would not only help them achieve their new vision of delivering excellence and a new ISO accreditation, but would also improve the day-to-day efficiencies and profitability of a growing and ambitious company.
CAMS fully implemented and supported Anetic Aid through their development from Sage 50 to Sage 200. We took the greatest of care to ensure that the solution not only met immediate needs but also allowed for future growth and development.
